How to Install
Let's move on to installation. You'll have to work roughly like this:
- First you need to go to the section of the page, and then download the latest version of the Russian language pack in .CAB format for your operating system.
- After that, go to the Windows 10 settings and select “Language”. Click on the button indicated below.
- As a result, the OS explorer will open, in which you need to select the newly unpacked language pack.
