Windows Desktop Gadgets Revived is an application with which in the Windows 8, 10 or 11 operating systems we can return the desktop gadgets familiar from Windows 7.
Program description
The program exactly copies the interface of desktop gadgets that were implemented in Microsoft Windows 7. The user interface is still made in Russian. It is possible to install additional desklets using a button in the lower cavity of the window. Each gadget is customizable after it has already been added to the desktop.
Considering the free distribution of this software, we can only consider the process of proper installation.
How to Install
Installing desktop gadgets for Windows 10 or 11 comes down to three simple steps:
- Download the ZIP archive with the executable file we need. Extract the content using the password.
- Start the installation, then select the Russian language, as well as those modules that will be needed in further work.
- Click on “Next” and just wait for the installation process to complete.
How to use
In order to add any gadget to the Windows desktop, just right-click and select the appropriate item from the context menu, and then select the desktop itself.
Advantages and disadvantages
