Black.dll is an executable component that is part of a dynamic link library used to run various games as well as programs.

How to Install
The problem described above is solved by manually reinstalling and then registering the missing file:
- Download the component we need. After unpacking the archive, place the contents in one of the system folders.

For Windows 64 Bit: C:\Windows\SysWOW64
- In the next step, approve access to administrator privileges. To do this, click on “Continue”.
- Using the search tool, find Command Prompt and run it with administrator privileges. Through the operator

The final touch requires a mandatory restart of the computer.
